The Exchange

Built in 1926 and originally a state of the art telephone exchange although not a listed building the planners and heritage thought the building was of historic importance and contributed the the areas history.

Disabled Adaptation

Adapting buildings for use by people with disabilities is an area in which Avocet specialises in and works to co-ordinate the different parties but first and foremost is an adaptation that meets the individual needs with minimum disruption, to time and budget.
